TAKE A MOMENT TO REST, BREATHE, RESTORE + RECOVER!
In our super-busy, time-poor, always-‘on’ world, where do you fit in?
As the demands of work, life and other people increase, do you make space for downtime – to pause, rest, reflect and recover?
Do you even ask yourself that question?
Or does the ‘to-do list’ always come first?
Mindfulness meditation is a known “circuit breaker” to the addictive cycle of busyness and the damaging effects of excessive stress.
Effective for health and wellbeing, it’s also a gateway to resilience, joy and taking the struggle out of everyday life.
Contrary to the way we often treat ourselves, we are not machines. Step away from unhealthy habits by coming together to practice the fine art of being still and “doing nothing”!

Trained meditation teacher Megan Spencer is offering a series of 6 x mindfulness meditation ‘drop-in’ sessions at a beautiful quiet room in Aldinga (SA).
She will teach a range of guided mindfulness exercises and meditation practices in a friendly group environment.
Sessions are offered as individual ‘drop in’ classes or you can pre-buy the 6-week block to receive a 33% discount.
Suitable for adults; beginners; experienced meditators who enjoy guidance; those who’d like to refresh their existing practice and those who enjoy meditating in a group/community environment.
This is a unique chance to spend some time exploring the fundamental need to pause, slow down and re-connect with self and others, so often drowned out by the white noise of daily life.
